Field Trips to a Working FarmEnjoy a unique field trip opportunity at a real working farm. Stade's Farm & Market provides field trips for groups of children in preschool to 4th grade weekdays from mid-September through the end of October. Tours are available weekdays only (except Columbus Day) from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Please review our packages and submit our online form indicating your interest. We'll get back to you to set up a firm date and time. Field trips require a minimum of 15 children Package #1
$5.00 per child/chaperone: 1 hour on the farm. Includes a hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin.
Package #2
$8.00 per child/chaperone: 2 hours on the farm. Includes 1 hour in the Farm-tastic Family Fun Zone (see below) and a hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin.
Package #3
$10.00 per child/chaperone: 2½ hours on the farm. Includes 1 hour in the Farm-tastic Family Fun Zone (see below). An educational talk is given during lunch. We provide a homemade cider donut and a carton of milk. The field trip ends with a hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin.
Attractions in the Farm-tastic Family Fun Zone include corn maze, petting zoo, corn box, giant hay bale maze, Slide Mountain, cattle trailer maze, jumping pillow, duck races, and pedal cars.Teachers are free; chaperones pay the package price. Each child receives a coupon for $1 off attractions on their next visit to our farm. |
